Maintain profitable and productive relationships with clients.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge about product information and promotions.
Attend sales training and educational programs for professional development.
Communicate with clients and potential clients through WhatsApp, phone, e-mails,Umniniwendzawo, Live Chats, chats and personal visits.
Respond to client/potential client queries promptly and professionally.
Work independently or in a team to achieve monthly sales quota.
Provide excellent services and ensure client/potential client satisfaction.
Make inbound and outbound calls to sell company products/services.
Develop sales strategies and determine sales forecast and projections.
Stay abreast with online marketing trends and customers.
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
