Field Sales Representative

Provide general sales support (needs analysis, data review, and product demonstrations)

Serve as the customer advocate and liaison for product management and development

Prepare periodic forecasts and progress updates toward sales goals


  1. Full sales cycle

  2. Perform online sales activities to achieve company sales objectives.

  3. Analyse the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports

  4. Identify and contact potential clients for business opportunities.

  5. Schedule daily client/potential client appointments and make product presentations.

  6. Update customer database with contact details and interest information from prospective clients.

  7. Perform daily tasks based on assigned work plan.

  8. Maintain profitable and productive relationships with clients.

  9. Maintain up-to-date knowledge about product information and promotions.

  10. Attend sales training and educational programs for professional development.

  11. Communicate with clients and potential clients through WhatsApp, phone, e-mails,Umniniwendzawo, Live Chats, chats and personal visits.

  12. Respond to client/potential client queries promptly and professionally.

  13. Work independently or in a team to achieve monthly sales quota.

  14. Provide excellent services and ensure client/potential client satisfaction.

  15. Make inbound and outbound calls to sell company products/services.

  16. Develop sales strategies and determine sales forecast and projections.

  17. Stay abreast with online marketing trends and customers.

  18. Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends

  19. Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

  20. Continuously improve through feedback



Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or Web Hosting experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Knowledge of email and word processors (i.e MS office, Libre etc.)

Familiarity with Client Relationship Management practices along with ability to build

productive business professional relationships

Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales

Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills

Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills

Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs

Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
